Fulfillment by Merchant Policy
Sellers using Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Shipping and Handling: Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and handling orders in a timely manner.
  • Shipping Times: Sellers must provide accurate shipping times at checkout. Delays must be communicated to customers promptly.
  • Returns and Customer Service: Sellers must manage their own returns and customer service inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking Information: Sellers must provide tracking information for shipped orders.

Fulfillment by Splice Mart Policy
For sellers using

Fulfillment by Splice Mart (FBM), the following applies:

  • Storage and Handling: Splice Mart will handle storage, packing, and shipping of products on behalf of the seller.
  • Shipping Times: Splice Mart commits to processing and shipping orders within 7 to 10 days.
  • Returns Management: Splice Mart will manage returns according to our Return Policy.
  • Customer Service: Splice Mart will handle all customer service inquiries related to fulfillment.

Dropshipping Policy
Sellers engaging in dropshipping must follow these guidelines:

  • Supplier Compliance: Ensure that all suppliers are reliable and comply with Splice Mart’s quality and shipping standards.
  • Shipping Times: Clearly communicate estimated shipping times to customers. Delays must be addressed proactively.
  • Order Fulfillment: Sellers must ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and that tracking information is provided.
  • Returns and Refunds: Manage returns and refunds in accordance with

Product Authenticity Policy

  • Counterfeit Products: The sale of counterfeit or imitation products is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the platform.
  • Reporting: Customers can report suspected counterfeit products. Splice Mart will investigate all claims and take appropriate action.
